Safety Leadership – Beyond Compliance

Diane Smith-Gander, Chair at Safe Work Australia, NED, Wesfarmers and AGL Energy, delivers a workshop around “Safety Leadership – Beyond Compliance”

Diane looked at businesses, large and small, how they must make and deliver their products and services so that all aspects of workers’ safety and health are protected.  Diane also argued that compliance alone cannot deliver this outcome – it demands pervasive safety leadership.
