Psychological Safety on Lights and Sirens – Louise Dubois

Louise Dubois, Director Safety and Recovery, NSW Ambulance

In her presentation, Louise explored the field of “Cognitive Overload”, a condition where a situation gives too much information simultaneously, resulting in being unable to process this information.

She worked with the audience and assisted them in designing and envisioning experiences that augments the limited capacity of the working memory in emergency situations.
