Jacqueline Teo, Head of IT, Telstra Talks Big Data – It Just Got a Whole Lot Bigger

Jacqueline Teo, Head of IT Integration and Transformations for Telstra, spoke on Big Data Just Got A Whole Lot Bigger, at the 3rd Annual CIO Leaders Summit Hong Kong. Jacqueline engaged the audience with her presentation especially with big data being a hot topic throughout the Summit. In the session Jacqueline helped the IT Leaders to better understand the difficulties for an organisation to blend data and create the insights needed. She also highlighted how fellow IT Leaders can further their organisation from the big amounts of data and how to properly utilise that data and build insights that create a competitive advantage.

As a senior IT Leader, Jacqueline is responsible for overseeing the portfolio and the delivery of information technology services at Telstra International Group. Jacqueline has over 18 years of experience in various functions of IT and consulting. Previously the CIO of Tabcorp Gaming and International, a global entertainment company, she has also held senior technology roles at FOXTEL, the Pay TV subsidiary of Telstra Corporation. Prior to joining FOXTEL, Jacqueline managed the Communications, Media and Entertainment businesses across Asia Pacific for Hewlett Packard and KPMG.
