Grace Ho, Chief Commercial Officer for Singapore Post (SingPost), gave the Closing Keynote Presentation for the CXO Leaders Summit Singapore on The Journey to Digital Transformation. Her presentation touched upon several key industry issues and how it can be resolved. Engaging the audience and

 

Grace highlighted the emerging and disruptive technology, increasing competitive pressure in a volatile economic climate where we need to change the way businesses engage with customers.  What are the catalytic drivers needed to sustain and drive brand and customer engagement with conversion? Grace offered her thoughts and insights into the industry and how SingPost was able to adapt with the changing market.

 

As the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Singapore Post Limited (SingPost), GraceHo is responsible for the commercial strategy and execution of SingPost’s marketing, sales and commercial operations for Singapore and international business. Her charter is to drive business growth and market share for the company. Grace is also a key member of the Executive Leadership Team where she is central in ensuring that the business units, product development and customer service are tightly integrated with marketing and sales, to ensure a customer-centric-go-to-market approach.

 

Grace also plays a pivotal role in SingPost’s transformation agenda. She is the architect and owner of the blue-print for how SingPost’s commercial Team operates in the domestic and international markets, for Postal and Logistics business. In addition, she owns and leads SingPost’s Brand strategy and positioning, and is instrumental in strengthening SingPost as a thought leader in the region. Prior to SingPost, Grace was the Head of Marketing for SAP Asia Pacific Japan (APJ) and oversaw SAP’s Audience marketing, Partner marketing, advertising, brand management digital and social media across the region.
