This workshop revolved around how Healthscope is modifying the International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM) critical control management approach to enhance frontline controls and reduce severe injuries to their workforce. To this end, the organization is incorporating meaningful discussions regarding critical risks and conducting critical control checks as a part of their safety rounding routines.
