In this roundtable session, Louise talked about the violence occuring in emergency departments and towards paramedics, and that some of it also comes from patients, clients, family and bystanders who are sometimes violent and aggressive towards emergency responders.

She then described to us useful ways on what we can do to reduce occupational violence in the workplace.
