Iman Hussain, Head of Sales for South East Asia, Google for Work speaks on, “Innovation at the Workplace”
Iman Hussain, Head of Sales for South East Asia, Google for Work provided the speaker session on, Innovation at the Workplace this morning at the 3rd Annual CIO Leaders Summit Singapore.
In recent years, organisational innovations have been considerably accelerated by cloud-based technologies to enable people to connect anytime and from anywhere. The right corporate culture, driven by these technologies, can help bridge the gap between business objectives and talent management for business transformation. During this session, Iman explored Google’s Pillars of Innovation; providing an inside look at how enterprises can promote workplace creativity by providing the right tools and environment for success and also looking into how organisations can evaluate cloud technologies and harness them to enhance innovation and collaboration.
Inam Hussain joined Google in February 2011, and is currently Head of Sales, ASEAN, Google for Work. He is responsible for growing market share and revenue across Business and Government segments, in Google for Work.
Prior to joining Google in February 2011, Inam spent seventeen years working across multiple diverse geographic markets and industries; Telecommunications – SingTel Optus in Australia; Banking & Finance – Citibank in Singapore and HSBC in Hong Kong; and Retail – Walmart in USA. In that time, Inam held a variety of roles encompassing new Business Development, Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, General Management, Corporate Strategy, and Business Manager to Chief Executive Office.
Inam graduated with a Masters Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Australian Graduate School of Management in Sydney, Australia; and also graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Management and Finance from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University, Indiana, U.S.A.
