Awadh shared his insights on the current challenges of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and how technology can play a role in addressing these challenges. He discussed the importance of identifying the right innovation/technology needs of employees and how to identify the psychological impacts of technology on employees.

During the presentation, Awadh covered various topics such as new OHS technologies being used in the industry, the right questions to ask while selecting or proposing a technology solution, and the relationship between new technologies/innovations and work-related stress. He also highlighted the importance of layers of protection and how new technology can help against human errors and reinforce the right behaviours.
