baskerr Basker Rangachari, Global Head of Brand & Retail Marketing, Standard Chartered Bank. Basker Rangachari’s role covers across all segments including Retail, Commercial, Private, Corporate and Institutional Clients globally. Since joining SCB in 2005, he has held leadership positions in Unsecured Lending, Bancassurance, Strategic Alliances, Customer Loyalty and was recently CMO North East Asia prior to his current role. Basker has received several industry awards including Marketer of the Year; Brand of the Year; Digital Marketer of the Year; Top 50 CMOs in Asia Pacific; etc. Prior to SCB, Basker worked in MasterCard International, where he rebuilt their Thailand business with 300% revenue growth, doubled market share and built many strategic alliances regionally. Basker has 27 years business experience across multiple industries and disciplines, and has lived in India, Dubai, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong and Thailand. He is a Gold Medallist Chartered Certified Accountant (UK), with a Masters degree from University of Technology Sydney.

Paul De Bruijn, Head of Transformation Services APAC AIG Insurance. Paul de Bruijn has 20+ years of international working experience in leadership positions in the Insurance industry, IT industry and Public Sector. He is specialised in Digital Insurance Transformation.

Gowthaman Manickam, AMEA Practice Head, IT Solutions, BT Global Services, BT Singapore. Gowthaman Manickam is responsible for BTGS ’s Compute (IT solutions and Services) business and operations across the Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Africa & Turkey and Eastern Mediterranean region. His current focus is building the Hybrid cloud portfolio providing the customer the choice of clouds meeting the Business requirements with key driver being the Agility and lowering the TCO. Gowthaman has been with BT Global services and BT Frontline group for the last 15 years. During this period, he has held various key management positions, such as the Regional Technical Director for the Frontline group and was very instrumental in regionalising the Professional services capability across the region. Earlier in his career, Gowthaman had worked with one of the world’s largest Airline Reservation systems organisation and has played the key Design Authority role in transforming the Airline reservation legacy Network to be IP based to meet the business demands of transforming the organisation to the Digital information provider. Gowthaman has worked as Compute Scientist in Designing and building the Real-time software applications for the region’s largest Space research organisation.
