Caroline Soo leads the APJ Customer Success team for KnowBe4 and has been in the business of setting up her clients for success over the past 17 years, across diverse industries. She joined KnowBe4 in 2022 to make a difference in the world by making “Enabling employees (and everyone around her) to make smarter security decisions, every day” her mission to partially fulfil her childhood dream of being a heroine.

Having the privilege of working and leading at companies like Gartner, Lazada and GfK, Soo brings with her an outcome-driven value engagement approach to everything that she does, as she and her team enable organisations to shape cyber safe behaviours one day at a time. Soo is Security Awareness Culture Professional (SACP) certified, a Chemist (NUS) and Accountancy (ACCA) by training.

Darren Cockerell is Head of Sales and Solutions Consulting ANZ at SS&C Blue Prism where he is responsible for understanding the strategic aims and business needs of clients and matching them with the right SS&C Blue Prism technical solution. Acting as SS&C Blue Prism’s technical solutions subject matter expert throughout both sales and implementation cycles, he works with SS&C Blue Prism’s customer office, sales and technical teams to provide strategic guidance and bring to the fore underlying opportunities for private and public sector clients to understand the latest developments by providing thought leadership in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), intelligent and cognitive automation.

Prior to joining SS&C Blue Prism in 2017, Darren spent over 20 years in senior management IT roles including Solutions Architect at Intelligence Automation software platform, Kofax Australia and Director at Topcall reseller, TopCom Australia. He was also Managing Director of Corporate Computer Assist. Darren is an experienced industry presenter across online and offline live platforms. He attended Monash University studying Information, Technology and Robotics.

Bharath heads the Customer Experience & Marketing initiatives of Zoho’s low code platform, Zoho Creator, and has over 15 years of experience across SaaS & ERP technology organisations. Bharath has extensive experience within the low-code environment and has played a pivotal role in assisting numerous organisations to successfully integrate tailored solutions.

Ariel Lumbroso is a cybersecurity leader specializing in Privileged Access Management, identity security, and compliance. With expertise in enforcing least privilege and securing critical assets across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments, Ariel helps organizations strengthen their security posture while aligning with business and compliance needs.

Tyron McGurgan is a seasoned entrepreneur, media expert, and events professional boasting over 17 years of industry experience. As the CEO and Founder of Focus Network, a premier research and advisory events company, Tyron has led the charge in providing innovative, localised insights and research platforms for senior executives and teams across APAC and the USA.

Hailing from Sydney, Australia, Tyron kickstarted his career journey in the events and media landscape after completing his education. Notably, he held a key leadership role at a prominent international events and publishing company, where he managed the APAC region with a team exceeding 100 staff members.

Anthony Caruana has worked for almost every major masthead in the Australian IT press with his work appearing around the world. As an experienced IT professional – having worked as the lead IT executive in several businesses, he brings a unique insight to his reporting. He is the CEO of Media-Wize and continues to also work as a freelance writer for corporate clients. He is also a regular presenter on radio and television, as well as at events and webinars.

His work has covered the Australian and Asian markets. He writes about enterprise and consumer technology, information security, customer advocacy and the channel.

He also has an extensive career in IT having started his career as a trainer before becoming a business analyst and eventually rising into senior management positions.
