Jacobs launched it’s Positive Mental Health Champion program in 2017 with the intentions of providing real-time mental health support to employees in the space they were in.Â
These Champions serve as sign-post to more in-dept resources available for support as well as offered a friendly shoulder to lean on as a part of the holistic BeyondZero Culture of Caring.Â
That initial spark to support employees laid the foundation to launch it’s holistic Wellbeing Strategy, inclusive of programs to support employees Emotionally, Physically, Socially and Financially.Â
What you will hear during this presentation is the Why Wellbeing matters, how Jacobs addresses needs across the spectrum of Wellbeing, the intersection of Wellbeing with HR, Inclusion & Diversity, Safety and ESG, closing it out with items for our Roadmap to continue to invest in services to support our employees and their families. Â
