Synopsis and overview of the session

Digital transformation has put IT in the driver’s seat. Together, the move to cloud and mobility, along with innovations in applications, form factors and computing power has given IT the ability to drive new and innovative business cases.

At the same time, securing and protecting corporate data has never been more important. Recent security breaches, the rise of new types of malware threats and the nascent architecture of cloud services require a shift to a modern cloud and mobile security posture.

Focus Network, in partnership with Bitglass, will explore the challenges, trends and opportunities of securing enterprise data in this new digital world. At the centre of this discussion will be how to seamlessly transition from traditional security to a modern cloud security model and how it can fast track innovation and agility.

Jonathan Andresen, Senior Director, Marketing & Products Asia-Pacific, Bitglass

As Senior Director, Marketing & Products Asia-Pacific at Bitglass Jonathan brings over 20 years of experience in related positions at McAfee, MobileIron, Blue Coat Systems (now Symantec), Nortel Networks and Teleglobe. Jonathan holds a Master’s Degree in International Management from Canada’s Carleton University and has been in Asia since 2003.
