Lucas von Stockhausen, Exec. Director Sales Engineering International, Black Duck
Lucas von Stockhausen is the Executive Director Sales Engineering at Black Duck.
Lucas has over 15 years of experience in Application Security with a deep knowledge of Static, Dynamic and Interactive Application security testing as well as Software Composition Analysis and Runtime Application Self Protection technologies.
Working as Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, Solution Advisor, Application Security Strategist and Product Manager for Application Security Products, Lucas experienced Application Security in all different stages. He saw all the issues a customer can experience during the journey of Application Security as well as the benefits which a successful implementation of an Application Security Testing framework can bring. This becomes especially true if customers are on their journey to implement Security into DevOps which is commonly called DevSecOps.
After joining Black Duck, Lucas successfully built a Solution Center of Excellence to work with customers on a successful implementation of their Application Security initiative. He is now leading the International Sales Engineering group across Asia and EMEA.
Black Duck is the leader in Gartner Magic Quadrant for Application Security Testing for the seventh time in a row in 2023 as well as being a leader in Forrester Wave for Static Application Security Testing and Software Composition Analysis.

Ross O’Brien, Principal Advisor, Focus Network
Ross is a writer, commentator, research manager and consultant. His analysis centres on the impact information technologies have on Asia’s economic and social development.
Ross is a recognised thought leader on technology-enabled sustainability, having conceived and developed two global indexes which assess the role of new technologies in the fight against climate change: The Green Future Index and The Blue Technology Barometer. The Green Future Index is used as a benchmarking tool by several national and pan-national government organizations worldwide, including the European Commission.
Ross has written and delivered reports and presentations for C-level executives for over two decades as an independent consultant and has served as a non-executive director on the board of Weyland Tech, a developer of mobile business and fintech applications.
Being based in Hong Kong for over 20 years, and in Asia for nearly 30, Ross has conducted market research and consulting projects in over a dozen Asian economies, including months-long engagements in China, Indonesia, Vietnam and Bangladesh. He has also worked in professional service teams at Asian technology firms including Huawei and PT Telkom.

Joe Gillett is the Head of Oceania at KnowBe4 where he is responsible for building and managing sales teams within the region. He has 20 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications sectors managing teams in all sectors from SMB/ mid-market/ corporate/ enterprise and government, across all verticals. Gillett previously held sales leadership roles at 5G Networks, Optus and Telstra. He earned his honours bachelor in Business Administration from the University of La Trobe, Australia and is a Mentor and Coach to sales professionals and customers, to enable them to achieve their goals.
