Ray is the Director, Operations at Fisher Improvement Technologies (FIT), where he oversees the development and global reach of FIT’s AERO (Advanced Error Reduction in Organizations) technologies. With over 13 years of experience as a Project Manager in the supply chain industry, Ray successfully applied Human Performance principles to large-scale retrofit projects—delivering results on time, within budget, and with zero disruption to operations.

At FIT, Ray plays a key role in consulting, training, and certifying leaders across industries to reduce human error and improve safety outcomes. He is known for his collaborative approach, strong listening skills, and dedication to helping individuals return home safely each day. Based in Concord, North Carolina, Ray works with clients across North America and internationally as a coach, trainer, and speaker.

Ray also brings a technical background, having worked on advanced aircraft systems at Lockheed Martin Skunkworks, and holds an FCC license. Rob Fisher

A strategic and top-performing Environment, Health and Safety Executive with 29+ years of experience heading industry-leading organizations. Extensive domestic and global expertise in regulatory compliance, LEAN based manufacturing, research and development, construction safety, ISO 14001 and 45001, risk management, process development, exposure identification, change management, sales and marketing, fleet, mergers/acquisitions, and due diligence. Excellent communication skills to partner with senior business teams, train and develop staff, and provide mentoring and coaching. I have a proven aptitude for analyzing EHS system variability within work systems and executing improvement plans to reduce injuries, avoid costs, resolve technical issues, and improve compliance. Matt Smith

Matt is the CEO and Founder of MyPass Global, a digital platform designed to reduce the risk and cost of managing workforce competency, safety and compliance in high-risk industries.
Matt founded MyPass Global in 2013 to address significant inefficiencies in traditional workforce management processes he experienced in high-risk environments. Matt spearheaded the implementation of MyPass in leading companies including BHP, Shell, and Programmed that resulted in reduced costs, lower injury frequency rates and higher completion rates of EHS training. I’m a customer-driven Product Marketing leader with over 7 years experience in B2B SaaS technology, with 3 years focused exclusively on EHS & ESG Technology.

I currently serve as the Director of Product Marketing at HSI where I lead Go-To-Market efforts for our EHS and ESG Solutions and capabilities for North America and Europe. I work collaboratively with our Product team to enhance and refine our product offerings to ensure we continue to develop the best in-class EHS and ESG systems for our customers.

I’m skilled at market insights, uncovering customer needs, generating user & buyer personas and building Go-To-Market & Marketing strategies. I also carefully craft and build relationships with third-party industry analysts, gaining three consecutive Leader positions in Verdantix’s ESG & Carbon Management GQ’s.

Jill James is Chief Safety Officer at HSI. Jill’s 30 year health and safety career includes 12 years as Senior Safety Investigator with OSHA, and several years in healthcare, education, biotech, life sciences and the poultry industry. At HSI, Jill focuses on tracking/deciphering regulatory changes and trends, thought leadership, product, external relationships, and internal training. Jill is host of the Accidental Safety Pro podcast and content creator of the Supervisor Safety Tip video series.
