CoolRock Software is an Australian software company, specialising in email archiving and discovery.
CoolRock was founded in 2004 by a team of highly experienced software engineers in response to a need for improved email productivity and collaboration.
Early investment was made in the development of technology enabling both archiving and discovery of encrypted emails, overcoming early limitations of first generation email archiving products. (CoolRock has made application for patents to protect the unique Intellectual Property that resides in this technology.)
BHP Billiton was an early adopter, implementing Secure+ in 2006. The Teal Virtual edition was launched in 2007, a solution which meets the needs of hosted email providers. In the same year CoolRock went live with six hosting companies in the US.
CoolRock software has proven to be highly scaleable and offers an easy to use elegant solution with the end user in mind. Each of our products is business rules driven – giving the user complete control over meeting their unique operational requirements.
