(b) You may provide basic information such as your name, phone number, mailing address, email address, company name, company revenue, company head count, job title, personal budget, upcoming projects, business challenges, products and services you and your company may be exploring to invest in and dietary requirements to enable us to send information, provide event updates, and process your registration or service order. We may also collect additional information at other times, including when you:

  • Update your contact or email preferences
  • Participate in surveys and promotions
  • Communicate with our customer support teams

(c) Additionally, we may collect any other information you provide while interacting with us in person, online, or via third parties.

(b) Personal Information used as an event Delegate Attendee:

If you attend a Focus Network Group Pty Ltd event as a delegate, your personal information (including name, company, job title, and contact details) will be shared with all paying sponsors and partners of the event.

If you do not wish for your information to be shared with sponsors or partners, you must contact Focus Network Group Pty Ltd at info@focusnetwork.co prior to the event, advising that you do not consent to the disclosure of your personal information.

(c) We may disclose personal information where required by law, regulation, court order, subpoena, warrant, or in response to a lawful request by a government authority.

(d) Information we collect may be stored, processed, or transferred outside Australia. We will ensure that any offshore transfer of personal information complies with the requirements of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
