Tersia brings over a decade of senior leadership experience in Health, Safety, and Wellbeing across diverse sectors and roles. Her career has spanned responsibilities in Health, Safety & Wellbeing, Human Resources, and COVID-19 Response. Currently serving as Head of Workplace Health & Safety at Bupa Villages and Aged Care, Tersia leads the development and execution of strategic health, safety, culture and wellbeing objectives across care homes and support offices nationwide. Her work ensures alignment with organisational strategy, regulatory obligations and APAC wide organisational standards and initiatives. Tersia is passionate about advancing health and safety maturity, fostering a strong safety culture and driving leadership engagement – because safety culture is business culture.
