Robyn Levinge

GM Health, Safety & Wellbeing, Bank of New Zealand (BNZ)

I am passionate about challenging established ways of working to drive fresh thinking, cultural change and a holistic approach to risk. I thrive on motivating and engaging teams to manage large-scale change through thought leadership and positive challenge. I have extensive experience in corporate health, safety, and risk managing a high profile consultancy for the past 18 years specialising in strategy development, programme leadership, multi-level stakeholder engagement, and all aspects of risk and wellbeing design and governance. My roles have a strong emphasis on mentoring, coaching and facilitating both business leaders at all levels, including board members and delivery teams.

I have been an active advocate for driving better health, safety and risk legislation throughout my career. This has resulted in influencing positive legislative change in the workplace and building collaborate support networks nationwide. Deeply passionate about bettering how people work, caring for our environment, and the interaction between both, I am highly motivated to utilise my experience to impact policy for the benefit of future generations.
