People are a business’s biggest asset which is why I’m passionate about helping people keep healthy and safe at work. I started my career in health and safety in 1999 and over this time I have seen the benefits for a number of manufacturing organisations that health and safety has made.

Health and safety should not be something we do because the law says we need to. It should be something we do because we want to go home to our families and loved ones. I know I have made a difference when the people I work with come and tell me that they even think about safety when they are at home.

As an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the manufacturing industry my career goal is to make a difference and really enjoy what I do. My skills included OHS Management, Injury Management, ACC injury claim process, Contractor Management, Leading Effective teams, Training, coaching & facilitation and Organisation & Time Management Skills.
