Rachel Moon is a dedicated Health, Safety and Wellbeing professional with a strong clinical foundation as a qualified physiotherapist. Over her career, she has held a range of senior leadership roles at Air New Zealand in Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Injury Management and Prevention, most recently as Senior Manager People Safety Business Partnering. Rachel is deeply committed to fostering a culture of care and resilience in the workplace with a focus on Health, Safety and Wellbeing in Design.

Her leadership extends beyond corporate wellbeing; Rachel has also directed humanitarian responses through Air New Zealand’s Special Assistance Team during events such as the Whakaari White Island and Cyclone Gabrielle crises. She brings to the panel a wealth of experience in strategic wellbeing, mental health advocacy, and people safety transformation.
