Glen has spent his working career working mainly in heavy industry, from a start in a meatworks to 19 years in smelting and mining, before moving on to ports and the construction industry. He is currently the Head of Health, Safety and Wellbeing at Southern Cross Healthcare. Husband, father, grandad, maker, cook, musician, storyteller, troublemaker.
