In his current role, he facilitates presentations to Companies/Organizations around how they engage with their workers whilst being responsive to their cultural needs, learning needs, and the holistic challenges these demographics (Pacific/Maori and Migrant workers) are dealing with and how Companies/Organizations can best understand and approach Health & Safety whilst being responsive accordingly.
