I have more than 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of driving, Health and Safety culture change, operational excellence, process improvement, and business transformation. I am also an ICC Certified Coach, and I use my coaching skills to empower my people, foster a culture of collaboration, and achieve high performance results.

I am passionate about creating a future that works for everyone, by developing and executing long-term sustainable strategies. I look to leverage my international exposure and experience in Asia, Saudi Arabia, and Australia, to understand various cultures and ethnicities and tailor programs and solutions that work across the workplace diversity to drive transformational change.
