Winston Newman is an experienced safety professional in the construction industry and currently the Corporate Director of Safety at Kaufman Lynn Construction; a commercial general contractor located in South Florida which has operations throughout the state and in North Carolina. He boasts an exciting 20 years in the industry where he has gained valuable experience from several notable national giants including Masco Corp., Turner Construction, Balfour Beatty Construction, and Amerisure Insurance; and local stars such as Kast Construction. Although Winston loves the world of construction safety, in his spare time, you find him doing what he loves which includes spending time with his two sons, staying active outdoors, or mentoring others interested in a career in safety.
