Shelley Baber is an experienced safety and health leader with a passion for people who has more than 23 years of professional experience in varying Safety and Health roles, including managing technical professionals while partnering closely with Executives, Middle Management, and Union Labor. Beyond safety and health, she has a drive for the development of individuals, including personal partnership to encourage always Leading with Safety. Shelley has worked within multiple Fortune 500 Corporations in both operational and corporate capacities, while always continuing to focus on “keeping it simple” and remembering “where she came from.” Despite multiple collegiate degrees and professional safety certifications, Shelley simply likes to be known as a person who keeps the faith, loves her family, is a true Safety Geek, and who just simply likes doing the right things for the right reasons.
