Ray is the Director, Operations at Fisher Improvement Technologies (FIT), where he oversees the development and global reach of FIT’s AERO (Advanced Error Reduction in Organizations) technologies. With over 13 years of experience as a Project Manager in the supply chain industry, Ray successfully applied Human Performance principles to large-scale retrofit projects—delivering results on time, within budget, and with zero disruption to operations.

At FIT, Ray plays a key role in consulting, training, and certifying leaders across industries to reduce human error and improve safety outcomes. He is known for his collaborative approach, strong listening skills, and dedication to helping individuals return home safely each day. Based in Concord, North Carolina, Ray works with clients across North America and internationally as a coach, trainer, and speaker.

Ray also brings a technical background, having worked on advanced aircraft systems at Lockheed Martin Skunkworks, and holds an FCC license. His commitment to excellence and passion for human performance improvement make him a trusted partner and advocate for sustainable safety culture transformation.
