Matt is the CEO and Founder of MyPass Global, a digital platform designed to reduce the risk and cost of managing workforce competency, safety and compliance in high-risk industries.
Matt founded MyPass Global in 2013 to address significant inefficiencies in traditional workforce management processes he experienced in high-risk environments. Matt spearheaded the implementation of MyPass in leading companies including BHP, Shell, and Programmed that resulted in reduced costs, lower injury frequency rates and higher completion rates of EHS training. Under Matt’s leadership, MyPass has grown to a global business with presence in Australia, North America, and Chile. MyPass is trusted by over 1,300 companies to manage 110,000+ workers globally.
Prior to founding MyPass, Matt was the General Manager of Programmed, a global staffing and maintenance services company. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Commerce from the University of Auckland.
