I’m Vice President of Services for a software company with 15+ years in Service Management, Sales, Process Improvement, and Key Account Management. I have led diverse, global teams to exceed customer expectations while consistently receiving high performance ratings related to sales, customer retention, and Service (SLA) performance. I also have extensive experience as a Project Manager for projects of varying size and scale, and have consulted with customers in a number of industries, including Retail, Logistics, Pharma, Power Generation, Food production, and Packaging.
