As Chief Pharmacy Quality and Safety Officer at the University of Chicago Medicine, I lead efforts that improve patient outcomes, reduce medication harm, and elevate the role of pharmacists in complex, high-stakes environments. My work spans regulatory readiness, digital health integration, and interdisciplinary quality improvement—always with a focus on what really matters: preventing harm before it happens.
