My focus is on balancing business objectives, strategy, and performance with a deep understanding of what connects people.

We do this by adopting human-centered design, and strategic communications & learning approach to develop compelling safety communications & campaigns, learning and training experiences, engagement & culture initiatives, and leadership programs.

I am lucky enough to work alongside a bunch of exceptionally talented & diverse humans @ Everyday Massive. We are on a mission to transform the safety experience through human connection.
