With over 13 years of work experience both nationally and internationally in work health and safety, environmental sustainability, and a lived experience with work related mental health conditions, I have a strong vision to create healthy, safe, and productive workplaces that foster a culture of well-being, diversity, and inclusion. I am currently the Executive Head of Work Health, Safety & Environment (Chief Safety Officer) for the Autopact Group, one of Australia’s largest automotive groups, representing 35 of the top car brands in Australia.
In my current role, I provide leadership, guidance, and governance for the group in all areas of work health and safety, environmental sustainability, and risk management. I oversee the safety, health, well-being, and environment of over 1,600 employees across 29 dealerships along the eastern seaboard. I leverage my skills in coaching and mentoring, reporting and analysis, and change management to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and compliance.
