I am passionate about making the world a better and more sustainable place. I thrive in environments where I get to collaborate with stakeholders, community, industry, the workforce and subject matter experts. I focus on understanding organisational, community and policy challenges for the purpose of designing strategies and programs for more sustainable, resilient and thriving organisations and communities.

Building a sustainable and exciting future requires us to think differently about how we work and design new ways of working. I am passionate about helping organisations to understand and realise the value and opportunities in embedding sustainability and safety into their operations, and providing tactical guidance to change.

The work I do allows me to facilitate the redesign and implementation of how an organisation approaches safety, community engagement, mental health in the workplace, WHS risk management and compliance, enterprise risk management, and environmental responsibility.
