I come from a diverse education background, high performance sport and business success.

My career over the last 25 years has included playing professional sport, learning to manage and mentor staff, starting and selling a large allied health business, working closely with many of Australia’s top tennis players including grand slam champions and the 2012 London Olympics. Over this time, I have become fascinated with psychology, neuroscience and environments that promote sustainable health and performance. It is the intersection of science, technology and business that excites me most.

All these experiences led me to start Mibo with my great friend, Psychologist Dr Anthony Ross. A technology business delivering a comprehensive enterprise platform that helps organisation committed to building supportive psychosocial work environments.
