Roberto is a registered Psychologist with 20 years consulting experience across both private and public sectors, including Resources, Construction, Utilities, Transport, Aviation, Financial and Government Services. He has significant international consulting experience across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, North and South America.​ Roberto specialises in the development of EHS strategies, EHS transformation, EHS culture change, integration of EHS initiatives to overall organisational objectives, EHS leadership development, and psychosocial risk management.​
