Rennae Downsborough holds the role of Principal Advisor, Occupational Health with the primary purpose of developing strategies and programs of work to deliver our Mentally Healthy Iron Ore strategy; which aims to reduce risk, prevent harm and improve health outcomes for our people. Rennae has 25 years’ experience working in occupational health across Government and Private organisations. 13 of those years has been spent with Rio Tinto, where she has held various roles leading global and local mental health and wellbeing initiatives.
