Patricio is a seasoned Health, Safety, Wellbeing (HSW), and Environmental management professional with over 15 years of experience in high-risk industries such as manufacturing and mining. As the Oceania HSW Education Sector Lead at EY, he has spent the past decade working closely with State Departments and Universities to enhance HSW maturity and performance.

His expertise spans HSW strategies, operating models, compliance audits, and digital solutions, with a strong focus on psychosocial risk management and wellbeing. Within EY, he has also led HSW Digital Solutions and Large-Scale Assurance Programs (LSAP).

Beyond the education sector, Patricio is committed to applying his knowledge to Infrastructure and Transport, leveraging his leadership skills to drive innovation, safety, and wellbeing across industries.
