I am a ‘systems thinking’ specialist and committed to implementing systems, structures and cultures that ultimately achieve success in both HSEQ outcomes as well as business outcomes. Qualified in Safety, Human Factors and Six Sigma, with experience developing and delivering approaches to safety that align with “care over compliance” management such as learning teams, work insights and “auditing for insights”.
