Nicki is the GM Safety & Wellbeing at Healthscope, Australia’s only national private hospital operation and healthcare provider with a network of 39 hospitals that service every state and territory. Nicki has over 20 years’ experience in safety, health, environment and worker’s compensation both in Australia and in the UK. Prior to joining Healthscope Nicki held a number of leadership roles at Orica the largest provider of commercial explosives and blasting materials to the mining and infrastructure markets. Nicki has demonstrated organisational success through leadership in a climate of rapid change and the ability to focus her team on key strategic challenges in healthcare and high-hazard industry in both corporate and operational areas with strong board room and field presence. Nicki is passionate about helping leaders develop the skills they need to transform the safety of their organisation. Outside of work her children Ollie and Izzy keep her on her toes.
