In the vibrant realm of world first rollercoasters, adrenaline pumping drop towers, heritage amusement rides from the 1930’s, immersive experiences and large-scale events, Nadine Callaghan stands as the Head of Health and Safety at Luna Park Sydney since February 2023. Tasked with further developing a safety culture that resonates, Nadine oversees the development, implementation, and monitoring of the park’s comprehensive safety management program.
Prior to taking the helm at Luna Park Sydney, Nadine navigated a dual role within the multifaceted landscape of Disney Studios Australia (previously Fox Studios Australia) as the Operations & Security Manager and Regional Security Manager, Australia and New Zealand for The Walt Disney Company. With over a decade at the entertainment giant, Nadine has a nuanced understanding of safety and security dynamics in diverse environments.
With 15 years’ experience, Nadine brings a unique blend of practices from amusement and large-scale film / television production though to extensive event management, all underscored by a strong commitment to safety.
