Michael Draper, (MBA) is the Executive General Manager of Health & Safety at Adbri (a CRH company), responsible for providing strategic direction and governance in the area of health and safety. Michael’s extensive experience spans various sectors, including manufacturing, mining, and construction/building materials. He has held both operational and safety leadership positions throughout his career. His global experience has broadened his perspective on safety and challenged his view on the traditional role of a safety professional within an organisation.
