Julia is a Director in EY’s Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) practice within EY’s Climate Change and Sustainability Services.

Julia has provided advice and assurance to a wide range of organisations, including those in the Retail, Commercial, Government, Industrial, and Educational sectors. She is an Exemplar Global accredited Lead Auditor of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems in Australia and New Zealand.

She specialises in the development and implementation of health & safety management systems, large scale audit program design and delivery, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, training needs analysis, training program design and delivery, cultural maturity evaluations, and health & safety strategy.

Julia promotes a positive and collaborative safety culture and assists organisations to move beyond compliance in order to better manage risks to health, safety, and wellbeing in workplaces throughout New Zealand and Australia. She is based in Melbourne.
