Jim is responsible for leading a range of specialist areas including psychological health & safety, healthcare & social assistance sector, workplace health, ergonomics and return to work.

Jim’s career spans all industries working in prevention, early intervention, injury management and regulation. He takes a holistic approach to business, risk and the impact work can have on the physical and psychological health and safety of workers and others. He is passionate about driving positive behaviour change and preventing injury and illness through the design of healthy and safe work.

In his spare time Jim is a volunteer Board member with the charity “Heart on my sleeve” a lifesaver and active member of his local surf lifesaving committee and a family man who loves to get active in the outdoors.
