Emmett is a registered psychologist with over 10 years’ experience in developing and delivering programs that support the mental well-being of Australian employees and young people. Before joining EY, he worked in a boutique consultancy, focusing on physical and psychosocial risk mitigation initiatives in the transport, logistics, and education sectors. He specialises in psychosocial risk, leveraging his expertise in research methods, data analytics, and human-centred design to find truth within complexity, believing this approach provides the most useful solutions to difficult problems. Emmett is passionate about using his skills to create impactful solutions that enhance mental well-being and performance in the workplace.
