Denva has a background of over 15 years experience in retail & supply chain within the Woolworths Group in various roles across Aotearoa, New Zealand. Experience includes senior management roles in Supply Chain Operations, Human Resources, COVID-19 Response and Safety & Health. Denva is currently responsible for the Safety, Health & Wellbeing of the New Zealand business with 22,000 team members in an end to end retail, supply chain and world class eCom business. Accountable for the delivery of strategic objectives within the New Zealand operation whilst navigating material/critical risks and the emerging challenges of acts of violence & aggression.
