Throughout my career, I have held various leadership roles in health, safety, training, environment, human resources and operations. In these positions, I successfully implemented sustainable cultural change initiatives, resulting in improved safety, operational performance, and profitability outcomes.

I have led strategic projects for globally recognized companies such as BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, NSW Department of Education & Training, Xstrata/Glencore, Centennial Coal, and many others. These projects have taken me to diverse locations with varying risk profiles, highlighting my ability to adapt and excel in different environments.

In addition to the companies mentioned above, I have also worked with prominent organizations like PWCS, Orica, McAleese, Patrick, TOLL, DHL, Mobil, Caltex, IOR, Arnott’s, NestlĂ©, Schenck Process, Stolthaven, Life Without Barriers, and Yancoal.
