Christian Frost is an experienced risk, HSE and workers’ compensation leader with a strong track record across large, complex organisations and high-reliability environments. He has established and led HSE functions in start-up settings, driven large-scale functional transformations, and provided strategic consulting to build internal capability and performance.

Known for his pragmatic and down-to-earth approach, Christian works effectively with stakeholders at every level — from Boards and senior executives to frontline workers and contractors — applying contemporary safety management practices to drive meaningful change.

A psychology graduate and Certified Executive Coach, Christian is also an accredited OHS auditor, trainer and skills examiner. He serves as a judge for the National Safety Awards of Excellence and has contributed to the development of international OHS auditor standards. Outside of work, he has represented his country in sport, winning a World Championship and captaining his national team.
