Ben is a senior health, safety and wellbeing leader with experience across various industries and large multi-national organisations. Ben has worked in health and safety leadership roles across Australia and New Zealand in retail, finance, marketing and advertising and consulted across various other industries. Ben currently leads a multi-disciplinary team that manages operational and strategic safety, health and wellbeing requirements for over 900 stores and 130,000 team members across the Woolworths Supermarkets in Australia.
