Amy Sproule is an accomplished health and safety professional with extensive experience leading proactive safety management, early intervention injury management, and workplace wellness initiatives across complex industrial environments. With a background as a registered nurse and a teacher, Amy brings a strong foundation in healthcare and education, combined with a deep understanding of manufacturing and FMCG operational risks.

She is recognised for her pragmatic, risk‑based approach and her ability to partner with leaders and site teams to embed sustainable safety practices that support both workforce wellbeing and business performance. Amy currently serves as a Board Member on the Queensland Government’s Workplace Health and Safety Board and the Manufacturing Industry Sector Committee, where she provides strategic advice to the Regulator and the Minister on current and emerging workplace health and safety issues impacting Queensland businesses.
