As the Senior Manager of Safety Systems for Airbus in Australia Pacific (AAP), Adam’s area of accountability and responsibility covers both aviation & people safety in both civilian & military aviation programs for Australia Pacific Region.

In addition to supporting production and maintenance of the Army and Navy multi-role and armed reconnaissance helicopters Airbus assembles, delivers and maintains the civil helicopter range as well as maintaining the Australian and New Zealand Air Force’s reconnaissance and air mobility fleets.

Adam has worked in variety of safety roles and locations across Australia, New Zealand, USA, South Africa, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, UAE and Russian Federation with 15 in aviation safety. (commercial, helicopters and continuing airworthiness).

In addition to being a CASA licenced helicopter pilot, Adam takes pride in enabling the AAP Safety Mission Statement by, ensuring all Airbus aircraft are produced, maintained and returned to both defence & civil customers, on time, to the highest quality with no safety incidents.

Some of Adams roles have included Global OSH Manager for Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi and Group WHS Manager for Virgin Australia covering Australia & USA.
