Responsible for producing timely, high quality conferences across a range of industries, you will identify and conduct in depth research and phone calls with key industry leaders to develop conference topics, build speaker programs and assist the sales team in targeting the correct prospects to generate revenue on our events that are held across APAC.

The business is currently going through some amazing growth right now and currently searching for an ambitious, hungry and confident senior conference producer to join our family and head up some fantastic events.

About you:

• You are a proven conference producer with experience across multiple industries
• You have had at least 2 + years experience, running and executing your own programs
• You are looking to further and develop your career with a growing and rewarding company
• You can develop and execute new event ideas based on current trends
• You have the ability to think on your own feet
• You have a deep desire to succeed and a persistent approach to winning
• You have had proven success and delivered consistent results in previous roles when it comes to delivering programs
• You have had proven success in delivering quality feedback and results for previous work
• You are self-motivated with a hunger to constantly develop and learn
• You have a great personality and an exceptional phone manner
• You have the confidence to make outbound calls to senior decision makers
• You are self-driven and also able to work in a team structure
• You have the ability and dedication to create high quality briefs for our sales teams
• You are organised, disciplined and thrive in a high performance-focused culture.
